All wooden trays sold on WoodTrayShop.com are handmade from genuine natural timber (such as oak, walnut, maple, and ash).

• Natural Grain Variations: Wood is an organic material. Each tray features unique natural grain patterns, color nuances, and knots. Minor natural variations in grain and shade are authentic characteristics of solid wood craftsmanship rather than defects.
• Dimensions & Sizing: We provide accurate dimensions for every product. Because items are hand-cut and hand-sanded, minor tolerances of a few millimeters may occur.
• Descriptions & Imagery: We make every effort to display true-to-life photography and accurate product specifications without misleading claims.

3. Pricing & Currency

• All prices on WoodTrayShop.com are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP) unless a local currency selector is active.
• Prices include applicable UK VAT where appropriate. Shipping charges are displayed clearly during the checkout process prior to final order submission.

When you place an order on WoodTrayShop.com, you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation email summarizing your order details. Acceptance of your order and formation of the sale contract occurs when the parcel is dispatched from our workshop and you receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
