How to Track Your Shipment

Once your handmade wooden tray has completed its final finishing inspection and is handed over to our postal carrier (e.g. Royal Mail Tracked or DPD), you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing:

• Your unique Tracking Number.
• A direct link to the carrier's live online tracking portal.
• Estimated delivery timeline based on your selected shipping method.
