We work exclusively with genuine solid hardwoods, primarily European white oak, American walnut, natural maple, and solid ash. We do not use plastic composites, MDF, or cheap paper veneers. All finishes are non-toxic, food-grade mineral oils and natural beeswax.

Each tray is hand-cut, joined with sturdy corner joints, hand-sanded to a velvety touch, and sealed with multiple coats of food-safe oil. To care for your tray, wipe it clean with a lightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Never submerge in water or put it in a dishwasher. Re-apply cutting board oil or food-safe mineral oil periodically to preserve its water resistance.

All orders are dispatched directly from our workshop at 33 Cavalier Approach, Leeds, UK. We ship across the United Kingdom and to select international destinations. Please see our full Shipping & Delivery Policy for destination details.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Please inspect your tray upon receipt and contact us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return it. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.

To request a refund, please send an email to bosbom11@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received at our Leeds address and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

As soon as your parcel is packed and handed to the postal carrier, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier link so you can follow its transit in real time.

Because each tray is prepared by hand, please notify us as quickly as possible if you need to alter or cancel your order. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we can adjust or cancel your order immediately. If it has already shipped, you may return it under our 30-day return policy upon arrival.
